Individualized Coaching Sessions are 50 minutes. Each session is customized to you. We work together to define your best-self vision, uncover why you’re not there, and create a strategic do-able plan to help you achieve & sustain long-term change. We examine career, relationships, daily routine, and patterns. We identify your unique strengths, how to cultivate those strengths to live with purpose & clarity, and systematically transform how you show up with greater meaning & purpose in your life.

Includes 4 weeks of 50-minute Individualized Coaching Sessions per week, two 15-minute phone calls, & four email check-ins per month.
